Cabochons made with shimmering dichroic glass

6th March 2024

I have been asked many times if I would run a workshop to create fused glass jewelry.

Shimmering dichroic glass is a great basis for making eye-catching jewellery pieces such as pendants, brooches and earrings. Dichroic glass is a type of manufactured glass designed to change colours under different lighting conditions and viewing angles. The word dichroic comes from two Greek roots: “di” meaning two and “chroma” meaning colours.

I will be busy in the studio experimenting with different dichroic materials to see what fabulous pieces of jewelry I can make.

The workshops will run on Saturday May 11th and 15th 10am to 4pm if you want to book please go to the book 0n-line and select your date. I look forward to seeing you for an exciting day.
