Terms and Conditions
Teresa Reay of Reay Art offers tasters, half day or full day workshops and Retreats, in beautiful Tournon D'Agenais, just outside of Montcuq and not far from Cahors in Southern France. Whether you’re viewing this web site, registering for a workshop, retreat or purchasing a gift voucher, you are entering into a legal agreement with the company, there are a few things you should know. Please read the following carefully.
Payment for Glass Workshops as listed above
Full payment is due immediately, unless stated otherwise.
Due to the special nature of our workshops and the very limited places, classes are non-refundable and there are no transfers or reschedules. Please check your diary carefully before you sign up. Of course, if you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to send someone in your place; please provide your replacement’s name, phone number and email address in advance of the workshop.
Retreats
The remaining balance is due upon arrival. If paid at the time of booking, a full refund of the remaining balance is available up to the day before your retreat start date.
Deposit Refunds:
- 100% deposit refund for cancellation 30+ days before retreat start date
- 50% deposit refund for cancellation 15-29 days before retreat start date
- 0% deposit refund for cancellation 0-14 days before retreat start date

Our right to cancel a workshop
In the unlikely event that a workshop is cancelled, we’ll attempt to give you as much warning as possible to the email address you’ve registered with us. We will happily refund your booking fee or transfer you to a workshop of the same price, space permitting. However, we cannot accept responsibility for wasted travel or other costs or for disappointment.
Purchasing gift vouchers
We cannot control what is done with a voucher once purchased, your normal statutory right of cancellation within 14 working days is therefore waived. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
